Welcome to the Ashland Homeowners Association Website
Ashland Homeowners Association is a community of 110 townhouses and single family homes nestled in a wooded section of Hunt Valley in Baltimore County, Maryland. It was once the location of Ashland Iron Works, one of the largest pig iron sites in the country during the nineteenth century. There is barely a trace of the old Ashland Iron Works today, but foundations are outlined near the parking lot of the Northern Central (NCR) Trail. Located in Hunt Valley Maryland, our community is rich with history and nature. Feel free to browse and learn all the interesting facts of our area.
